Does anyone know if they review the apps this weekend or if they have pretty much already made their decision?

app review started this week and all of next week till friday

Do you really think so Ruo? Why would they make us wait this long for a decision if it only takes them 2 weeks to review our applications?

no clue, but you gotta keep in mind its a lot more then just getting apps and reading them.

its a game of statistics. how many ED should they accept? my theory is UF waited for regular decision applicants to send in their stuff. They tally up X number of ED apps and Y number of regular/early action. from there, they can set up a proportion.

in an example, exagerated of course, there are 1000 early decision applicants and 1,000,000 regular decision. if UF had not waited for the regular decision count, they would not have known how lenient/strict to be on decision making.

Decisions were made already. They would never sit down to make the decisions this weekend. If you remember UF receives 21,000 applications a year and that a lot more than other schools. Also I helped pack the acceptance letters last week.

....for real? wanna look if i got one? ; ) haha

No real time to look at who got accepted. You just FOLD, PACKAGE, and SEAL.

I was kidding = ) you wouldn't even know my name! plus, i refuse to find out the answer from anyone (family members, etc). I gotta log in for myself on fri.

Do you know if itll be available ON friday online?

ASMAJ

Even if you don't think so....your job is amazing! lol

i called uf on wed of last week asking a specific questions about my scores and they said that they were making decisions this week? hmm that just doesnt make sense!
