Well, our prom does not serve dinner, but I heard from someone that some prom does. Ours only serve appetizer and drinks. Are you going to have a pre-prom dinner???

Our $62 ticket covers a very nice dinner with dessert and all that jazz.

Our prom does not. I think it’s because we have a pretty low ticket price ($35 this year) and both seniors and juniors go, so that would be dinner for 5-600 people.
There is another formal just for seniors called Senior Dinner Dance where, as the name implies, dinner is served.

Dinner is served and tickets are $55.

steak and shrimp and dance for 50$

the food was good at ours, it was this past weekend. 70 dollars

They served dinner at mine, but truthfully no one ate because we were too busy dancing! haha.

Dinner is not served. It’s tradition to brag about where you went to dinner. Tickets are $15.

Dinner isn’t served at my prom. Tickets are $40 for singles and $75 for couples. Everyone is just having dinner before prom with their groups.

Dinner is served at my prom. Tickets are $25 this year ($40 for outside guests and underclassmen). The prom sponsor told his chemistry class that the meal is actually $30/plate. Juniors traditionally handle prom costs, so I guess they made enough to cover the difference. I’m just hoping we have a better DJ than at homecoming.

nope, but 55 bucks gets you an unlimited dessert buffet.

My junior prom ticket was $100, it included a formal dinner, drinks, and dessert. I thought the price was still too expensive though., even including the food, which was not even that great. :/

Nope, 20 bucks each for the tickets so (40) plus I think it was 30 or 40 for my date and I so 70 to 80 for prom and dinner

Yup, $70 for a ticket with a full steak dinner, at a nice mansion.

Yeah, Junior Prom was $99 a ticket and included a buffet style dinner…great food!!! Senior Prom we’re trying to keep tickets under $100, but dinner is served. I’ve been to the place it’s at for events before with about 500 people (probably about how many will be at prom) and the food wasn’t very good, but we’ll see =] All the drinks you want are also included, and maybe dessert? I don’t remember

dinnaaa is served for $60-85ish dolla depending on the year

BUT OMG
there’s also this “after-prom party” for $8 (and you don’t need to go to prom to go to it)
and you get unlimited food
chik-fil-a and chocolate fountains and rita’s and ldfksjflksjdf
and it takes place at a movie theater and they show, like, current movies (which, alone, makes it an awesome deal, 'cause movies are usually $10)
plus they give out ridiculous raffle prizes like xbox 360s and ps3s and huge tvs

IT’S PRETTY COOL

Wow! That sounds fun!! Your so lucky! An after-prom party!!! Wouldn’t the movie theater be close already…most prom end around 11:00 or 12:00. You will be all tired…you will have time to eat some more? haha.

yeah, the theater is closed & reserved for us
it goes from like 12 to 4 am

the idea is to have us there, in this controlled, school-sponsored environment, rather than out drinking & making dumb decisions

the principal hugs us when we walk in lol
to smell our breath

ahahah…to smell your breath?? wow…
so are you going to the after prom party?! 8 dollars?! Thats so cheap! Awesome deal!!! =D

uh huh
i’m playing laser tag with my friends during the actual prom
then we’re going to the after-party
