It’s hard to gain weight as it is to lose it.

Yea obviously guys have a lot more muscle than chicks. If I a guy is jacked his bmi would tell him he’s morbidly obese.

And I totally agree with the whole gaining weight is hard thing.

I said really 50 times in that post.

In the long run, it is easier to gain weight than it is to lose weight.

My mom said for my 16 birthday she’d get me a Fender Stratocaster if I gained 15 lb in 4 months (when my birthday was), and sadly, I couldn’t do it.

I think it’s hard to gain weight actually.

Gaining weight is not hard. Every fat person on earth would punch you if you said gaining weight is hard. It’s easy to do if you have enough money. Seriously, it’s not hard to eat nonstop. In fact it’s actually pleasurable.

And if you think eating doesn’t work for you, eat more. If you are ingesting 5k calories a day move up to 7k. If that doesn’t work 10k. Just keep going and eventually you’ll gain weight.

It’s hard fighting a fast metabolism.

Gaining weight is hard for me
6’1" and only 150
Anyways I think the best weight on girls is the healthy weight I see on most of my female classmates already. Obviously some are in better shape than others, and that plays a role.
As for clothes on girls, yes slotty clothing does initially attract, but its not the type of girl id like to date or even really talk to. The best stuff is, as others have said, somewhere in the middle, where you can see enough to get a good look, but also modest enough that the core aspect of attraction is the personality.
On guys, everything is in the details. A t shirt and jeans can look great if done right but absolutely horrid if not. Belt should match. Pants need to be right length. Shoes, socks should match, etc. Never, ever wear casual shoes (even leather) with anything not casual (including buisness informal)

It seems hard but in reality it isn’t. If you eat a bunch of pasta twice a day, chow down 4 donuts for breakfast, and drink 5 Gatorade a day, you will gain weight.

^ I ate McDonalds once a day and I couldn’t do it.
Probably because I was playing soccer though.

I think you’re completely wrong about that. It all depends on your body type. For me, gaining weight is pretty easy and I gained way more than I should have (although I’ve since lost a lot of it). But like I said, my girlfriend can’t gain weight. I don’t think she’s unhealthy or self-conscience about it, but I know she’s trying to gain some weight because she’s REALLY skinny and can’t do it.

lulz hater that was literally a mini-view of my diet almost everyday during swim season. but I haven’t swam or exercised at all since may and I’ve gained like no weight

nulli, i’m like your gf. I think it has a lot to do with genetics and/or fast metabolism.

Ha, it seems so simple in theory just eat. Not really.

I’ve tried to eat like a lot. Just doesn’t work. There’s only so much one can eat before they start feeling nauseous. The rest of the methods take too much effort or time that I don’t really have.

Whatever, I’m comfortable with my weight at this point. As long as people don’t slander me for my arms being “so skinny!” I’m cool with it.

It probably isn’t that hard, but once I eat a lot of food I’m not too fond of, I feel sick. I can only seem to eat a lot of food I like lol. And unfortunately most of my parent’s day to day rushed cooking is meh (especially when they cook brown rice. I despise brown rice)

But start using that diet + no exercise.

High five meadow. Our weights will EVENTUALLY catch up with our frames…

You can get a lot of those calories through drinks. Juices + Gatorade + Chocolate milk etc.

And super skinny arms are a huge turn off. Sorry. :(

Lol I have a horrible diet. With no exercise at all. It’s actually probably taking quite a toll on my health lulz

That diet doesn’t sound appetizing at all. xp

Mmm, id rather not lose what I have. I have decently defined abs, and am pretty toned imo. Just too skinny lol
