I saw the commercial for the 3ds version of the N64 game Zelda Ocarnia of Time and it brought me back to my childhood. I have been looking up the music to it and it gives me a comforting feeling. Occationally some people in high school (i'm a senior) play pokemon on their old gameboys, which I think they do because it brings them that comfort, happiness, and security of childhood. I could spend like $250 and buy it, but do you think it is worth it or is the past something I shouldn't dwell on? What I'm trying to say is childhood nostalgia healthy because it comforts you when you are feeling stressed or insecure? Is it worth it? I don't really have anything that brings me back as well and powerfully.

And do you do anything that makes you nostalgic? Do you find it healthy or unhealthy?

I never really thought about nostalgia untill I saw that commercial.

Today while cleaning I ran into cassette tapes with a bunch of old alt. rock songs mostly. So I decided to go through and listen + add some old songs to my current playlist.

However, now I ran into a cassette with middle school band concert on it lol. Much nostalgia.

I played numerous games with my dad when I was younger, including Zelda. I just looked up music on youtube and can say that my eyes teared up a little bit. Nostalgia is definitely an interesting concept and hard to fully grasp. There’s nothing wrong or unhealthy about it though. It’s just another part of what makes us human.

I have become rather bored with reality itself lately, So I have made up my own plans for spicing up my life

I call them the 3 rules of Anti-Insanity

Never do something that endangers somebody else (Punching a random person in the face)

Keep it clean (No making out with dead corpses)
3.Never do anything insane (Steal a car)

OH MY GOD.
I had like the treasure map and was so proud.
One time I got onto the top monthly scoreboard for some game. I printed out the page as proof.
