Sometimes I get so stressed out with school and my family that I sort of rant to them. Then when I'm not doing that I just worry about my grades and talk about how badly I want to graduate because I hate high school. They don't understand why I feel that way so I always feel like I'm having a one-sided conversation with them. Sometimes I feel like they get fed up with and my mood swings but if they didn't like me then they wouldn't be friends with me, right? Sorry I'm still kind of in rant mode from another post...

I know how you feel, but I mostly just don’t care about my friends tbh. We’re all gonna forget each other when we go to college, and it’s just kind of hard to get past that fact and actually care about them.

Why do you only talk to your friends about school? Find some things of mutual interest.

tbh honest I don’t really have a lot of things in common with my friends but their some of the nicest, most excepting people I know so I just deal with it. Plus sadly we’re not that close with eachother…I mean we don’t really hang out with each other outside of school and stuff :/

Sometimes I feel that way because of things like this:

Today, I went for a run with my dog, and we went to the park afterwards. When we got there, I ran into a group of my closest friends playing croquet. Apparently I wasn’t invited…

But really, I don’t think it was personal… I really hope it wasn’t personal…

Oh God that is brutally awkward

No, because I don’t have any friends.

@qdawg2011 did they at least acknowledge the fact that you were there? If they didn’t then that’s just incredibly mean.

Yes, of course they acknowledged me. They are my friends, after all.

I have two types of friends: the girly girls who don’t really care about grades other than doing the best they can. If they get into their choice college, yay! But at this point they aren’t even thinking about college.

The other type is the group of people who are focused on studies so they will do well in college.

If I talk about getting a 4.0 to the first group, they will roll their eyes at me and tell me I’m going to get into Harvard without even blinking. (Which is unbelievably erroneous.)

The second group will actually listen to me and give input.
So, yeah, sometimes my friends have to put up with me.

yeah, sure.

TCBH, why do you always hate on everything I say?

Hey people, don’t feel too down. I don’t just put up with my friends. Maybe your friends feel the same.

Oh god, it really ****es me off when people use the phrase “hate on”

:(

I’m sorry for my inadequacies TCBH…

is it weird that when I see the first word inadequacy my mind leaps to sexual inadequacy?

Yeah, I’m not inadequate in that area, whatsoever.

Of course, you’ll just quote that and say “Yeah, sure.”

Same here.

yeah, sure

Oh, how you amuse me, TCBH…
