Most rigorous for sophomores this year is:
AP Spanish
AP Chemistry
AP World or AP Euro
H Math Analysis/AP Calc AB
H English
some other class
I’m pretty close to that except I’m taking Spanish 3 instead of AP Spanish

Its not worth it to me.

I have the most rigorous freshman schedule, and I’ll have the most rigorous sophomore schedule next year. But to be honest, it still isn’t super duper hard and there is pretty much no competition for class rigor between me and anyone else.
Current Schefule:
Honors Chemistry
Honors Algebra 2 w/ Trig
Health/Team Sports
Honors English 1
Orchestra
Japanese 1

Sophomore:
AP Biology
Honors Pre-Calculus
AP World History
Honors English 2
Orchestra
Japanese 2

For Junior year, I signed up for:

AP US History
AP Calc AB
AP Comp Sci
AP Lang
AP Chem
Honors Spanish 3
Honors Exp. Science

(I also might have AP Stats and Fitness Lifestyle Design drag on from summer online classes.)
I know that there are a lot more rigorous schedules, but I’m going to go insane with extra curricular activities.

There’s also the possibility that I might be in the Exp. Science club if it isn’t a class, and I want to join BPA (Business Professionals of America) but I doubt I’ll have the time. Or the sanity.

Thanks Subterranean for your comment.

How do you guys even know you have the most rigorous schedule before class ranks come out? Do you ask every student in your school? I don’t think so…
Like sometimes when everyone in the class does bad on a test and I do well, someone always yells out something like “OH WOW EVERYONE FAILED THE TEST” or “HAHA I’M LIKE THE ONLY ONE WHO DIDN’T FAIL!”…well you didn’t ask me!

@dsi411
Oh, I know for a fact that I don’t have the most rigorous schedule in my class. I know I’m pretty up there though. Although, a lot of people in my grade are going to be taking a lot of DE classes because of the implementation of a new program. I’m sticking to AP though, even if it’s harder.

What a self-satisfied dumbass…I never finished those online classes.

This year I’m fairly certain I have the best schedule because I was lucky enough to have it work out logistically for me to take dual-enrollment classes at a university far away from my high school. I took six math classes, one of which I’m currently procrastinating on.

Yeah. I have the toughest schedule out of anyone in my class every year.

Junior Schedule:
Microbio (cc)
Diff eqns (cc)
Ib bio hl
Ib eng hl
Ap stat
Ap chem
Calc 3
Ap Spanish

Should be most rigorous at my school

Real Thread Title:

Are you a ■■■■■ on CC?

JK, much love HSL

As well as the most abbreviated.

Nope but I’m the cutest so yeah.

^ I feel it.

@dsi411 Sometimes you just know that you have the most rigorous schedule. At many schools (like mine) the “smart” people all know each other. It’s very clear who has the most difficult schedule. It’s also obvious to the friends of the “smart” people.

I’m sorry, this thread is just so utterly pretentious, I’d like to just shed some light by sharing my schedule.

Sophomore:

AP world history
AP physics C
AP statistics
Honors English

Here’s the fun part.

Mathematics:

Multivariate Integral Calculus
Multivariate Differential Calculus
Abstract Algebra
Linear Algebra
Differential Equations
Real analysis

Self study: Topology, analysis, Differential topology, algebraic topology

So that totals 7 math courses this year.

Just to confirm, this is just a more detailed schedule than my chances thread…

Freshman year:
AP Calculus BC
AP Physics B
AP Chemistry
Etc

This is why you shouldn’t flaunt your schedules on line as the most rigorous.

Any comments or questions, feel free to pm me

Math courses taken at Harvey Mudd College and UCR.

This ■■■■■. ^^ He says that “this thread is just so utterly pretentious”, but then he flaunts his schedule.

“This is why you shouldn’t flaunt your schedules on line as the most rigorous.”
The irony.

It’s a sort of sarcastic irony, you see.

I’m trying to make a point.

@PurePhysics That’s f*cking crazy, how do you take Ap calc BC as a freshman? Did you master precalc by 7th grade? ALso did you ever participate in the USAMO or IMO?
