I am not a huge athlete and it seems that everyone that want to attend TCU is either a football player, baseball player, or all around great athlete. I do not play many sports other than golf so I was wondering if that would affect my admission decision? Also I was wondering if being an athlete isn't really a huge factor than would coming from a private catholic college preparatory high school be better than coming from public school? Or is it all the same?

TCU is not solely populated by athletes but they do use an holistic evaluation. Look at the Common Data Set for TCU to see how you match up with their admitted student pool.

so i go to high school 30 seconds away from tcu.

NO they accept students who are mainly there for academics and to study.

because you know its kinda like a school
