I'm a junior in High School and i have always wanted to become an orthodontist. I'm great with science. My freshman year i got 95 for all 4 marking periods. The subject i "hate" is math. I have always struggle with math. I know you can major in anything to become an orthodontist but i still want to major in biology. I just wanted to know if i needed math to become an orthodontist?

I am a dentist and more specifically a specialist. I did not take anything in college past Calculus. When the math classes start replacing the numerals for letters (Differential Equations), this does not greatly benefit the pre-dental student IMO. Learn the skills of problem solving in all subjects to include math and you will be well on your way.

Thanks, what classes do I take besides biology?
