If you think it will help than do it. The effect will be different for different people. People say to eat a big breakfast before the SAT but frankly if you never eat breakfast in the morning it will just throw your rhythm off. I didn’t eat breakfast and I did fine.

So really only you know the answer to that.

Do whatever you plan on doing on test day for the whole week before it. If you need to wake up at 7:00am for the SAT, then wake up at 7:00am every day of the week; If you plan on having a big breakfast, then have a big breakfast every day.

Not really. I would highly suggest sleeping over any large dose of stimulant. I did personally drink caffeinated tea in the morning of my SAT but that was nothing outside of my usual routine.

In fact, I would abstain from energy supplements entirely. Despite an initial peak in mental and physiological alertness, an inevitable “crash” will occur and further mental alertness will become more of a struggle than it would have been without any stimulant at all.

Oh, and I would recommend to continue to work on the W section itself as this will provide you with more of a benefit than “some freaking stimulant.”
