Types of Food and Drinks to Take Before the SAT to Increase Concentration and Focus

Coffee, Jamba Juice, protein bars, eggs, what?

I tried a half cup of coffee before taking a practice test today this afternoon and after the first 6 sections, I started feeling really crazy as if something inside me was trying to jump out of my body. I couldn't sit still at all and kept wanting to move all over the place. It was really scary because I couldn't control myself. I talked to myself, made weird noises, and just wanted to jump all over the place or roll uncontrollably on the ground to laugh. I resisted this irresistable force inside of me while I took the test - not a good feeling. It felt like I was possessed and I think I might have resembled anyone who was high or drunk.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what foods or drinks to eat or drink before the SAT that will dramatically make me more attentive like coffee, EXCEPT without the crash or burn?

“like coffee, EXCEPT without the crash or burn”. Five hour energy. jk

Adderall and the like work best if you really need to be dramatically more attentive.

Take ritalin, it will help you focus;P

Just don’t take anything. You should be attentive enough if you think about how important the SAT is.

and are sure that your coffee wasn’t laced with lsd

Well , my advice to you , is drink some fresh water , get a sandwich ( a plump one ) , and get a very deep , long , dreamy sleep & don’t be nervous , you needn’t take any medicines or coffee , this gets you worse , and by the way , I think that someone did tamper with your COFFEE ,a nemisis , maybe !!

Red Bull+ pepsi+ black cofee.
