Do you think girls with ugg boots, northface, and spandex are immature sometimes?

In my school Northface is tacky, but Ugg boots are phenomenally popular and leggings are a necessity for high school attire.

Firstly, ugg boots may look “ugh” but look at the non-standard ones that come in different colors and designs. Personally, I think those look fine. The normal Ugg boots I got used to. And whoever said we’re just following fashion is wrong. Boots of any kind, especially ugg boots with fur lining, are perfect for winter (of course wearing ugg boots in the summer is completely different story)

Most kids at my school wear leggings with long shirts, dress shirts, etc. They’re slimming, basically. And they’re comfortableeeeeeeeee

In college, I, generally, spot several women sporting spandex during their routine jogs or trek to class. And I do have to say, they look mighty sexy. But in high school, I am annoyed by the combination of leggings and skirts. Wtbbq are they thinking?

Spandex was created for exercising.

Definitely NOT to be combined with skirts.

yeah this.

I wear Ugg boots and Northfaces. I think they’re both really comfortable and warm. However, I think those girls who wear Ugg boots with miniskirts in the summer look really stupid. But I don’t look good in leggings. And I’m not comfortable in those. Therefore, I don’t wear those. It’s all about comfort and warmth in the winter time.

Do you guys really just sit around picking apart the clothes that other people choose to wear? Or is that the norm, and I’m just too lazy to participate?

As long as everyone is wearing clothes, then I don’t care what it is. Although there are a few people I would give naked passes to, starting with Gordon Ramsay.

He’s so evil!

Isn’t it funny how you upper-middle-class people listen to the same kind of music as lower-middle-class/poor people/“Middle Americans”? In a marginally (but not really) related trend, I’ve noticed that it’s kind of cool to be ghetto - hence the popularity of rap with rich people.

(Isn’t it great that some music transcends class boundaries? Marx would (not really) be proud.)

North face is neutral where I live.

Their softshells are extremely common here, as it’s Oregon, around 50 degrees in the winter and raining more than 1/2 the time.

Leggings (Hardtails) are awesome, and at least in my school, are generally worn by more attractive girls. Apathetic toward Uggs, and Northface jacket’s don’t really signify anything considering people from like 5-100 years old wear them.

The girls wearing uggs and north face jackets are fashionably warm, and the ones wearing spandex hopefully are just wearing them for volleyball.

It’s not really like we try to notice. Some people (like me) love to observe EVERYTHING, so naturally it’s easy to spot the popular fashion trends [and then condemn them for being ugly].

Though, speaking of fashion trends, I totally approve of skinny jeans (unless you’re the size of a whale). I don’t care what everyone else says.

Skinny jeans… Eh. Fine on girls, f***ing terrible on guys

i’ll admit that i didn’t read any part of this thread, but to answer the title…um, no i don’t think girls with ugg boots, northface, and spandex are immature. but, i do think it’s immature to automatically think that people wearing those things are immature…

haha. going on cc high. you guys are losers. lol.

I go on CC high every weekend. It’s great fun.
