Do you think I'll get into NYU with these grades?

My school's gpa is out of 100. I have about an 87.5, which is a B+
I have a 28 ACT score
I'm taking 3 SAT 2's in October
I'm applying Early Decision to the college of arts and sciences in NYU
I have 3 letters of recomendation from my teachers, one from my library boss, i'm working on more
i have 3 AP's this year, and 4 AP tests. I had no other previous AP's.
I am writing, what I consider to be, an above average essay.
I'm a few clubs (not entirely consistent), 2 community service programs, and a bunch of summer jobs and regular jobs

I also want to apply to the ag school at Cornell, BU, GWU, Stony brook, Binghamton, and Albany

Which colleges do you think I'll get into, based on this information?

ACT is Low
Not wise to take 3 SAT IIs in one sitting
GPA is low
Ecs are horrible

Cornell: reject
NYU: high high reach
Rest (besides GWU and Albany, which i dont know) are still reaches/high matches

B+=3.3=not good enough for NYU. EC's are fluff, and ACT is not on the caliber of admitted students.

NYU-Reach
Cornell-Big Reach
GWU-Low Reach
SUNYs-Slight Reach/High Match

how is that a low ACT score? that's higher than 93% of anyone else who took the ACT
plus The range (all of NYU) is 27-31...and the people who get into stern are ones with 36 ACTs, so that leaves a lot of margin between them and others with lower ACT scores to make this average range..

OK then, best luck to you
