<p>I feel super special when I get stuff from Grinnell. Sadly, they don't have my major, but they send me at least one letter every week. :D I really have no clue how they found out I swam though, because they sent me information about swim scholarships. lol</p>
<p>I feel special when I get stuff from UChicago and Trinity…some random college keeps sending me e-mails from ***** though about my awesome skiing skills. I’ve never skied. 0.o</p>
<p>I feel annoyed, unless I like the college. </p>
<p>Or it’s a letter of acceptance or something. It’s that time of year.</p>

<p>Yeah! Johns Hopkins and Washington U at St. Louis keep sending me stuff. I’ve gotten an invitation from Stanford through E-Mail to join their summer program.</p>

<p>No. I throw it on the table, forget about it, maybe look at it three to five days later for a minute or two. Then it goes in the trash.</p>

<p>I get happy too with all the Washington U things. I feel special all the way. It took time though feeling special from thier mail but, thier mail really got me interested in them.</p>

<p>Yeah,that one! Then I got this one with the 4 year high school plan.</p>
<p>I guess I got the checklist twice. The first time in the summer and the second time after doing thier pre-app. I didn’t get thier 4 year college plan though; I guess because, I signed up to be on thier mailing list in May or June.</p>
<p>Oh I didn’t sign up for anything from them. I’m not really sure how they got my information.</p>
<p>Haha, I feel more annoyed than happy because most of the time, it’s just junk mail luring you to apply to their school. The majority of it is Uchicago, WashUStl, Columbia, and NYU. Dunno why though, I’ve never shown interest in these schools besides perhaps NYU (I have cousins up at NYU and columbia). Sadly I lost all interest in NYU back in sophomore year when I saw their tuition/housing rates… Geez NYC is one expensive city to be in.</p>
<p>When Harvard sent me their app, my parents went crazy telling every single person they knew while I tried desperately and in vain to convince them that they probably sent an app to pretty much everyone past a certain PSAT threshold…</p>

I’ve gotten some from Brown, Cornell, Washington U,NYC, but no Columbia :(</p>
<p>Columbia has recruited me pretty hard, that’s the only real great place for me, though.
Sometimes the combination of having a looooong day and the letters being from crappy colleges make stuff go straight to the trash, especially if it’s some community college just stalking me. haha.</p>
