<p>what hs? I got in with a 4.16(w) (3.7?uw, I think) gpa and a 1410 SAT</p>
<p>I think that the essay is really important, and being somewhat athletic in something (for me, this was backpacking/hiking (im an eagle scout))</p>
<p>some slightly more detailed stats for me are somewhere in this forum</p>
<p>Deffinately get a person who knows you well to do the peer evaluation, while it may not be the most important part of the application it will only help</p>
<p>but armandoleon, you are special~ you were wanted by Williams college before you even applied (multicultular weekend). Yeah I am envious :)</p>
<p>johntam, I think you have to stand out more than one way.. I tried to portray myself as a guy who has passion toward learning and music, and also as a guy who also enjoys excercise (participating 10K race, etc.)</p>
