Ok, so my country has it's standardized final examinations starting the end of 10th grade. the problem is, that if I apply to college in the beginning-middle of 12th grade, I won't have a significant portion of those grades since many are taken at the end of 12th grade. Regardless, I WILL have projected scores for my 12th grade exams and the final scores for the ones taken at grades 10,11. Would all this be enough for schools to evaluate me in your opinion?
Or would I submit my regular school report cards from the ends of grades 9,10,11,12 in addition to the existing standardized examination scores and projected ones?

You will likely (actually, your school counselor) submit the report cards, as well as the projected grades. If you look through the common app it actually has a form for international students for the counselors to fill out explaining the testing procedure and places for grades and dates.

You mean the report cards, the projected grades AND the actual grades, right?
