Hello,
I recently applied to this American program and they asked for me to identify my race. This really got me thinking...
I want some opinions on if being biracial/ a minority helps for acceptance into American programs because I know most institutions try to have a mix to show that they do not discriminate. Do you think being biracial is more beneficial because the institution can "get a Hispanic and Native American in one kid"? Or do you think being one race is more helpful, more "pure" in some way? Does anyone have any personal experience with this?
