<p>I'm not a US citizen. I want to apply for Columbia's ED. Will applying financial aid lower my chance of getting admitted? or do they look at it in a need-blind manner?</p>
<p>Canadian citizenship does; I’m not sure about permanent residency. I think you need to contact Columbia directly and ask.</p>
