Do colleges look at your high school second semester senior grades?

For transfers, I don’t see why not.

intelligentimp,
As long as the school you are applying to is looking at your high school transcript, they are looking at your high school second semester senior grades. Often, those are slightly more important than those of your high school freshman year, as they are more recent. As you get older, transferring as a junior usually does not weight HS transcripts as much as sophomore transfers. But, some schools still require them.
Hope that doesn’t impact you.
All the best!
