I am a senior at a school with a graduating class of 84 students. It is actually not a bad school; two years ago the valedictorian and salutatorian went to Harvard and Brown, respectively. However my school only has 5 AP classes (one is art), and not many opportunities. I have great grades, 33 ACT score, have taken the most challenging classes offered, and am a member of all the important clubs our school has. So I am wondering, do colleges take this lack of opportunity into consideration when they are looking over my application?

Yes. They look at what your school offers, and what you have done there. The size of your school and your graduating class will not count against you.
