Plus, do you think there's a chance that I could still get in if I haven't applied yet?

Pleaaaase respond...this has dominated my night because I'm discussing stuff with my parents about it.

This is what I've heard over the past year: EPGY looks good not because its an expensive program, or because it's associated with Stanford, but simply because you're taking college level classes (or classes that arn't offered at your school). It shows that you're challenging youself and going above and beyond what is required of you. I think the impact would be about the same as taking a class as your local college or through one of the other online course website. I can't really say whether it's worth it or not beacuse I havn't taken any EPGY classes. The prices do look a bit steep compared to other options, but the quality of the program may make up for it.. I don't know.

Wow, I'm from the Fresno area, too. Hm... Uh... Yeah, I agree with tanman. I started AP Physics with EPGY last summer. Paid the fee. Didn't finish(start) the course. Should've taken it somewhere locally. Woulda been cheaper. Depends on how much you work, really.

I don't know about how EPGY looks on college aps, nor the difficulty of their summer courses. However, I do know that their distance courses are excellent. My son has breezed through all AP exams taken after an EPGY course with very little studying for the exam.
