I was doing some digging on the web to see if Cal Poly honors AS-Ts in any way, but could not find anything. However, while checking out the application on CSUMentor, i noticed that there is a section in which you state whether you earned an AS-T or not. So am kinda confused, does cal poly offer any form of admission priority to pepeople with AS-T or do they not care about it?
Thanks
@GamefanA AA/AS-T transfer students receive priority admission to their local CSU, a GPA bump of 0.2 points at a non-local CSU, priority registration, etc. EXCEPT if a program is declared impacted. All majors are impacted at San Diego State, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, San Jose State and Fullerton . A GPA advantage of 0.2 points MIGHT apply, if there are more students with the same GPA than the number who can be admitted.
In 2015 the Cal State Campus counselors presentation listed that the following were considered SB 1440 majors at Cal Poly SLO - Geography/Anthropology, Business Administration, Chemistry , Child Development, Communication Studies, Economics, English, History, Mathematics, Modern Languages & Literature, Music, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Sociology, Theater Arts.

So this pretty much means that for a computer science major, an AS-T will be of minor importance, if any at all.
