Some people I talk to say it does and some say it doesn't.

Also, is it in a safe area? (I know it's 4 blocks from the White House, but you know...)

Also, is housing at the school (or campus if there is one) or is it seperate?

Thanks

I answered this on the GW boards.

I guess it depends on your definition of campus. Here is a map http://www.gwu.edu/~map/imap/

You will see that it is buildings. But there are plenty of green areas you can walk to and a metro stop right there.

The map shows the housing. Some is right there; some is several blocks away.

The area is pretty safe. Wandering around by yourself in the middle of the night is not a good idea, but that is true anywhere. I used to work on Virginia Ave and walked many a night to the metro stop -- there was always foot and car traffic about.

OK I checked the map again and see there is a LITTLE green about :)

Yeah there is a distinct area where you are very aware you are in GW territory. Also, it seemed very safe to me.

Thanks for the info!
