How much and how often? Rarely?

I was not able to find a web link that gives snowfall data. If anyone has that link - for any given place- that would be helpful.

hmm its rained like one day since school started back in august. dont know if thats any indication. i remember one time it snowed on a college visit here and the students were like wow it hasnt snowed in a while so they seemed kinda happy

This is my second year at Truman, and I can assure you that it snows quite a lot. While it doesn’t rain too terribly in the fall, the winters are quite white. Last year, we got snowfall just before Thanksgiving, which never fully melted until midterm of the spring semester. This year, we’ve already had two snowfalls of at least 6 inches, and though we had a brief reprieve from snow just after winter break, it’s been again been almost uninterruptedly present since around Thanksgiving. For reference, I come from Chicago and I’ve experienced pretty much the same weather patterns here as there.

Mo. is cold in the winter. It definitley snows - about 20 inches annually according to:
[Snowfall - Average Total In Inches](http://lwf.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/climate/online/ccd/snowfall.html)

But don’t look at the weather in St. Louis. Kirksville is north Missouri and closer to Des Moines, Iowa. Of course it snows!
