it might sound like a stupid question.. but I want to ask anyways..
are some CCs harder go get good grades than others?
I'm choosing among Chaffey, Mt.Sac, or Santa Monica (or somewhere close to LA)
I'm planning on going to a CC after a year in a different 4 year university with not so good grades
When I saw the statistics of students transferring to top UCs, some CCs send more students to UCs than other CCs do. So I was curious.

It really doesn’t matter what California Community College you go and attend (unless you want TAP which some cc’s do not offer). It solely depends on how you are able to present yourself to admissions by being well rounded from extra curriculars, GPA, and etc. As for easier to get good grades, it depends on how much effort you put into the classes. Also the students accepted that were shown in the cc’s statistics you looked at, probably had a very large population of students attending which can cause an increase for acceptances in comparison to another cc that has lesser students.

MakeBank pretty much summed it up, but I just want to emphasize the point of going somewhere with TAP! If you are considering UCLA or UCB it is a fantastic credential to have. 93% of those from my college honors program that applied to UCLA got in last year. (El Camino College if anyone is interested.)
