<p>Does it matter how long a teacher who is writing your recommendation letter has been there? Like what is my teacher who is writing it for me has only been there a year but she is my favorite?</p>

<p>iut shouldn't matter so long as she knows you well, that is the point of the recommendation, teachers move around, and if the colleges set some kind of arbitrary length of time, that would be unfair</p>
