Does it worth thinking about the uchicago? the worst application ever?

Hello everyone :) It's my first post here, and I hope I'm on the right place.
I am an international student, and wanna apply to uchicago on early action programme(but need your advices). As I know uchicago requests only SAT 1 on EA, so I have not taken SAT 2. What about my SAT 1 score? My scores are:
Critical reading:640
Math:800
Writing:690(essay 9)
I'm sure I will have exceptional recomendation letters from counselor and school teachers. I have 100% GPA, and my ranking is 1st out of approximately 800 students. I am a gold medal candidate at school, and the winner of the national contest of a specific subject, while have always been among top 30 in 2-3 subjects(including writing essays). I have graduated with honor diploma from the musical school in which had studied for 6 years and play the piano. Furthermore, dance national dances pretty well and graduated from the studio as well. Because of this reason, I am gonna send arts supplementary to the university as well as DVD disc, on which I show my skills in art :))( although I'm not super, I'm not too bad). Besides this, I have won a myriad of contests such as bussines olympiad among high-school students, regional math contest, etc. During the whole summere worked as an volunteer, and have already gained 240 hours. Also I work at school as the editor of the journal, head of self-government, the president of english club, in which students practise their english, etc. I have also played the basketball and soccer.
The main problem of mine is that although I'm more than motivated to get in thisuniversity, if I am not awarded with a BIG financial aid, I have no chances to enroll. I mean my parents are pensioners, and I can only pay 10,000$ for the unioversity(even this amount of money will be paid by the sponsor, who cannot feasibly give me more).
What would be your advises? I'm the worst candidate of uchicago ever? Is it possible to be admitted by this university or it's impossible? Thank you in advance.. I believe you will be able to help me..

No idea, maybe yes, maybe not  But financial aid will really harm you, it may reduce your chances to 10-20%.

thank you kurtrichards, any other suggestion?

My advice is to apply and see. If you are not a native speaker of English (as it appears from your post) perhaps they will be a bit forgiving with your relatively low CR score. Write a brilliant essay and proofread it carefully.
