Does major matter?

<p>I'm looking for to transfer and I currently have two majors: Psych and Philosophy.</p>

<p>Although both majors are under College of Arts and Science, I'm wondering whether
major I'm choosing would matter.</p>

<p>And btw, am I only able to apply to major I'm currently have?
Would it be a bad choice to choose another major(some random one) just to
enter the college easier and change after then?</p>

<p>If in-state you may want to look at majors in College of Human Ec. (perhaps human development) or CALS, they take many more transfers than CAS</p>
