My sons (as I stated before) are looking at Ohio State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, University of Maryland-CP, North Carolina State, University of Miami, University of Florida, University of Delaware, Rutgers, University of Texas A&M, UCSD and a few other smaller privates.

I am trying to see which colleges track level of interest as part of the admission process.

To find out who tracks admission, google “<whatever college=”"> Common Data Set"
Then open that file and find “Level applicant’s interest”…it will tell you if it is Very important, Important, Considered or Not considered.</whatever>

I will tell you that for big schools or for Ivy’s they don’t consider it…either because they are too big to deal with that for so many applicants or “of course you are interested in us, we are Harvard”.
