Does school ranking and grade scale matter?

<p>I live in Fairfax County, VA where we have a rigorous grade scale...
94-100 : A
84-93 B+
74-83 C+ and so on</p>

<p>My school is a top 80 high school in the nation. Does any of this matter? Will colleges consider my GPA's any differently than that of other applicants? Please give me a response. Thanks =)</p>
