HI GUYS I was wondering that how everyone is saying that colleges only look at the three years that you have been in high school so does this mean tha senior doesnt count at all?? If I raise my average senior year would colleges be able to see or take any ap classes senior year would It make a difference?

Colleges do take into account the rigor of your senior year courseload, so, by all means, take AP classes!

It clearly sends a signal about your program as Naeem points out. And senior year counts since most look at your mid-year senior grades (even acceptances before that are usually conditional on continued performance). Some schools required you report any deviations from your program (when you applied) you make in your senior year.
