Does this hurt my odds of being accepted?

I recently found out (after my guidance counselor submitted everything to my common app) that all of my SAT scores are on my high school transcript, even though I strongly prefer my ACT scores. Also, my ACT scores don't appear at all on the transcript because I took it in October and apparently it didn't arrive at my school in time, so I paid to send in the official score reports. Anyway, I really dislike my SAT scores, especially because I did worse on my second try and colleges are going to see this.

First time:
CR: 580
M: 600
W: 610

Second time:
CR: 560
M: 580
W: 640

I know those are terrible. I was just never comfortable taking the exams and always ran out of time. I received a composite score of 28 on my ACT, however.
I know that many colleges say that they will only consider the best scores which would be my ACT, but I fear that they will see my SAT scores anyway and reject me on the spot.

I'm applying to New Paltz, Geneseo, Stony Brook, Marist, Fordham and some others..

Some additional information:
I take ballet classes 18 hours/week, I've taken piano lessons for most of my life, I teach a pre-ballet class, I'm on student council secretary, Key Club secretary, I'm on yearbook, I tutor elementary students twice a week, I'm on National Honor Society.
90.7 GPA and my rank is 19 out of 60.

Do I have any odds of getting into these schools? Will seeing my SAT scores hurt my odds?

Just make sure that they know your file isn’t complete until your ACT scores come in and you should be fine. For chances, post in the College Chances forum.
