Doesn’t make up for the fact that the teachers can’t get a 5 on an AP test in the subject they teach. I mean, if a student in the class for one year can do it, a teacher teaching the class for many years should be able to do it. There’s a pretty generous curve on the AP exam, you don’t need to get 95% right or anything.</p>

<p>Yeah, that looks difficult enough. I’m a sophomore, too, and you can’t take most of those classes unless your advanced in math/science…you’re lucky.</p>

<p>For comparison, MY sophomore schedule:</p>

<p>Advanced Chemistry
Advanced Algebra II
Composition/Advanced Literary Analysis (2 required sem. Eng. courses)
Spanish IV (no advanced offered :'[)
AP European History
Personal Finance (required, 1 sem.)
Journalism 1 - Editing and Desktop Publishing (1 sem.)
Cooking 1 (1 sem. My slacker class :D)
Broadcast Technology 1 (1 sem.)

  • School wide study hall (both sem.)
  • Forensics (ninth hour, after school till 3:30 Mon.-Thurs. + tourneys)
  • Journalism (tenth hour, all work done outside of school)</p>

<p>So…I have 9 classes, 10 including study hall. Most people at my school have 7. :P</p>
