Does this mean Im not considered a Resident of Florida?

<p>On the OASIS website its said "For the purposes of calculating your fees and tuition our office has determined that your residency status is: Non-Florida Resident (USA)." I was born in Florida went to school here for all my life.Both my parents lived here for 21 years and are both legal residents,why would it say that?</p>

<p>Did you and your parents complete and submit to USF a form like the one attached in link below? If you did, maybe: they haven’t completely processed it yet, they didn’t receive it, there are errors on it, USF errored, you didn’t meet some of residency requirements, etc. Contact USF admissions for explanation.</p>
