I don't feel comfortable posting it here so I'll PM it to you. I'll put this very simply: please don't steal it.

PM it to me if you want, but the topic itself is much less important than they way you write it......

Yeah, I guess you're right. I'll just post it then. If you were an essay reader, would you be interested in my topic: What is my favorite day of the week? I am a member of my town’s EMS and I ride the ambulance on Tuesdays so I would talk about my experiences on Tuesdays. So, what do you think?

What do your experiences say about you?

My experiences show my level of commitment towards something I love. They also show that I have the passion for the field of medicine and have already taken the steps to jumpstart my career. So is the topic a winner or should I keep thinking? :)

It sounds as if this topic will allow you to be personal, detailed, and revealing. In other words, this topic can work for you.

I'm not sure, though, about making the essay about Tuesday--it sounds as though the essay is really about you in EMS (which is fine).

I see your point. I guess I'll keep this topic as a last resort but I'll definitely keep thinking of new topics. Thanks for the advice!

I would definitely make it about Tuesday, and not just about EMS, personally.
Lots of kids stress their ECs, but I think it's original to take the concept of a normal weekday and demonstrate that it symbolizes something significant.
