My universities require TOEFL minimum 79 or 80. I got exactly 80. I know a low TOEFL score may put me in a conditional decision. But I want to know whether 80 TOEFL cause my application rejected?
My SAT is 1880

A “minimum” in any published college admission standards is just the absolute bottom line a college will be looked at. In almost all cases, unless you are a hooked applicant, the actual admitted students will exceed that minimum by a WIDE margin because of competition.

No, TOEFL 80 meets the standard required by the university. What can cause you to be rejected is not a TOEFL score (it’s just a cut off, if you have what they want, they look at the rest).

Nope. Toefl is just an indicator of your English skill as a foreigner in term of listening, reading, and writing. An easy requirement.

if you get something like R30 L30 S10 W10 on TOEFL

Then it can be the reason you got rejected

With an SAT Score of 1880 you could be accepted to a hard science program and if you are assertive and take tutoring classes twice a week (private tutor) and get a letter stating your commitment and continued progress I would say you Deserve to be accepted. It is the whole picture and what you are doing to improve English skills and that can be documented. Focus on that .
