<p>hey. I'm just wondering to see whether Upenn give any money to international students at all? I want to get into Penn so badly but money has always been my biggest problem coz tons of schools rejected me just because of the money. 9</p>

<p>Penn isn’t as rich as other ivies and it’s hard to get aid as an international and very hard as a transfer.</p>
<p>Penn says on their website they aid one or two international transfer students a year. Go figure how hard international transfer admission with a lot of need to Penn can be.</p>
