I want to get my phd in biology after undergrad, so I want some good research jobs, and maybe a chance to get published, before grad school. Will I have these opportunities at Williams?

Definitely.

Williams is one of the best places for this! The professors are amazinggg (Have you heard of the tutorials?). When I visited, they mentioned that, even as a freshman, you can co-author published pieces with your professor and, by the time you graduate, you will have published at least one paper on your own. Furthermore, they provide tremendous aid ($) so you can do your own research over the summer. Williams is among the best when it comes to graduate school admissions and most applicants are admitted to the most elite schools after Williams.
