<p>No, but they generally would be more likely to accept a student if he/she is the only one to apply from a particular country, given they are a decent applicant as well. Although they don’t have quotas, there is a general trend though. It just depends on the applicant pools.</p>
<p>There are “unofficial” goals (i.e. quotas) with little doubt. The % of int’l accepts roughly stays static year to year.</p>
