Does your high school offer summer classes for credit or enrichment? If yes, what subjects? Our high school doesnt offer any classes in summer.

With budget cuts and everything, rarely.

Only if you failed a semester. They used to let you do enrichment, but they stopped with the budget cuts.

Why would you ever want to take classes during the summer?

Because we enjoy learning?

Nope, not even if you get a F. They cut it last year due to the tragic budget cuts in California.

If you fail, there’s a few classes that you can make up in the summer - a lot of them are freshman classes though. They also have regular geometry and algebra 2, which a lot of people use to get into the honors/AP track. I took health in the summer one year, which was just a semester course, so I forget how many weeks, but it wasn’t that long. I didn’t have room for it in my schedule during the school year. It was really easy though, we had like one homework assignment and our final was a regular test. 100x easier than regular health in the school year, we got so lucky haha.
