<p>Admissions is much more academic based fir Internationals. Unles you have excellent grades, its hard to get in as an Int'l.
Also, cornell offers need blind admission for int'ls, but NOT need blind aid.</p>
<p>ECEer, I think it's hard for need-based financial aids to be need-blind.</p>
