<p>Hi, I was looking at the Common App (paper version) and noticed they mentioned something about a resume under the extracurriculars section. I was just wondering if someone could clarify what this was and/or post links to some examples?</p>

<p>A resume is a chance for kids who have more ECs they want to mention than the 7 spots on the activities section can fit and/or want to go in more detail about their activities. It’s kinda like a job resume with a short description (few sentences) for each activity and talking about the positions/awards/hours etc. Here’s a thread that I thought had some helpful tips. </p>

<p>But if you’re just pretty much repeating what you put in the activities section, don’t send a resume. It’s really to expand and give new info about your ECs.</p>
