Don't have time to finish all the require classes, please help~

I'm a business/economic major, I want to transfer to UCLA or USC, however they are very competitive and hard to get into. So I also plan to apply UCI and UCSD for this major. But my question is both UCI and UCSD need math4A: Analytic Geometry and Calculus III And Math 4B:Analytic Geometry and Calculus IIII, and Math 26:Linear Algebra. By the time I transfer next year, I can only finish my caculusI and caculusII class. So if I am not able to finish all of the low-division classes in math, and I have a 3.85gpa, do I still have a chance to get in?

I would say UCLA is outta the picture…you should finish ALL prereqs or you basically don’t have a shot there. Not sure about USC, but USC sucks (Not really, but I’ll be a bruin in the fall and I figured I’ll start practicing my hate for USC a few months early). As for UCI and UCSD, those are both middle-top tier UC’s and I think they may be a little more lenient in not completing every single prereq in comparison to UCLA; however, I think MOST who are accepted at both schools have finished the prereqs before they transfer…especially for Business/Econ because that’s a very competitive major. Hope this helped.

I wouldn’t rule out UCLA - Calc 3 and Linear Algebra aren’t required pre-reqs for Biz Econ.

I would call UCSD and UCI about their program.

Look at assist.org just because other uc’s require other things doesn’t mean UCLA(because its considered better) will. From what I remember one only needs two calculus classes for UCLA, and 1 for USC. I think you’re kind of a shoe in for USC if you keep up that gpa.

I know UCLA and USC don’t require CaculusIII, and I will complete all of the required classes by the time I transfer. However UCI and UCSD do need CaculusIII, LINEAR ALGEBRA, and C++Programming. Those three courses I can’t finish by the time of next Spring. And I’m worry about this is because if I can’t be accepted by UCLA and USC next fall, I still hope to have a chance in UCI or UCSD though I don’t have enough time to finish all of the require courses. Very regret now.
