Its awful there. My cousin lives there. He says its dead and the residence halls suck and are very dirty. PLus the construction makes it very noisy there.

College Ave is the best.

College Ave is the best.

lol. That’s really random =)

The construction is improving though. They’re making progress each week from what I can see. Hopefully they can be done by the end of August prior to the start of the 2009 fall semester.

Of course, people can’t control where they live. You just have to cross your fingers and hope for the best. At this point, I wouldn’t even mind if I got housing on Livingston because I’m desperate for on-campus housing.

I agree it’s improving. When it was mostly dirt it was horrible when it rained. Unfortunately at the rate they’re going, it’s going to take longer than the Transcontinental Railroad. I rarely see construction (though I don’t live there).

livingston is in fact the worst. i have a friend who lives there and its so quiet and boring.

For a person who is not interested in partying such as myself, would Livingston be the best to live on? Keep in mind I’m also a Freshman who is going into Business. Everything would be right there for me.

SBtester, Livingston would be fine for you . . . or even Busch, since it’s not that far from Livingston (except the bus ride from Livingston back TO Busch becomes a pain sometimes – that is . . . if you’re in a rush to go to a class on Busch that starts in 20 minutes. Bleh)

edit: Keep in mind though, people might still try to “party” no matter where you dorm. And if it’s not partying, sometimes people are just making noise (like playing Mario Kart Wii @ 2am in the morning and screaming whenever their character gets hit with shells or slipped on a banana. Oy!)

But of course, if you have any problems, you can politely ask people to keep it down or consult your RA.

Thanks so much! I really shouldn’t have an issue with people being loud, I can sleep through most anything. Besides, since I live in South Brunswick (hence the SB) I’ll probably be home most weekends when the most noise would be.
