<p>I do that some times. But I have listened to Dookie. When I Come Around is the only truely noteworthy track on the album. She is decent. And the other 13 tracks all sound like Basket Case outtakes.</p>
<p>Does it have some catchy songs? Yes. But best album of the 90s? Well... you're entitled to your opinion.</p>
