<p>What is your friends number? When you request a certain roommate, you have to use the HIGHER of the two numbers, and you will likely not get priority for gilchrist. You have to indicate which is more important to you, roommate preference or hall preference. If you list roommate, it goes by the higher of the two numbers, and honors no longer gives you a boost. If you do not put a roommate choice as the priority, then if you make honors BEFORE the dorm deadline it gives you a boost to get into Landis or Gilchrist. But not with a specific roommate.</p>
