<p>Does anyone have any additional info or suggestions on Dorms at SMU? Reading the literature they sent provides some info, but any more personal or first hand experience would be appreciated.....</p>
<p>My D is at McElvaney and really enjoys it but of course has shared bathrooms which she complains about occassionally. She has said that Boaz is a lot louder and has more fire alarms. Good luck.</p>

<p>I’m in Boaz and I’m surprised at how much I love it! The rooms are surprisingly spacious for dorms, the bathrooms are constantly clean and I never have to wait on a shower. Theres a lot of action going on in the dorm- people are constantly coming and going- but thats a fun thing! I really like it and everyone I talk to says that the honors dorms are like “a crypt,” Smerkins is only hilltop (and its certainly not for everyone). Mac and Boaz are fun but Boaz was just redone and is nicer on the inside.</p>
