<p>I found a video that, as an applicant, was pretty interesting to me. If you go to Youtube and type in "Pomona Cribs", you'll find a video that shows off student rooms in the style of an MTV show. I don't think I can post the link here, since CC doesn't like Youtube links?</p>

<p>Just wanted to share! The rooms seemed really nice. They were probably senior rooms, but oh well...one girl had a fire place in her room! That would be so awesome.</p>

<p>Anybody think that maybe they just showed the very best of Pomona's rooms, or that this video isn't very accurate?</p>

<p>I don't know, having a room in college just sounds so exciting...I'm just dreaming of ways that I can decorate it. :) Even if I don't know what state it's going to be in, lol.</p>

<p>Funny you mention it... I'm a freshman at Pomona and I actually have a fireplace in my room and my floor is completely carpeted (I'm pretty sure it's the only freshman room with a fireplace). Unfortunately I can't use mine, but it looks really nice and I have a nice mantelpiece and everything. It's pretty much the most baller freshman room ever.</p>

<p>Those rooms seemed pretty accurate of the dorms for upperclassmen though. Freshman dorms are generally smaller depending on which dorm you're in, but really no room here is bad. There's another room in my hallway that even has it's own bathroom, actually.</p>
