<p>Which dorm/residence hall is the best for freshman as Mizzou. I plan to live in a community style.</p>

<p>It depends on what your first priority is: dorm or community. My freshman son would say that a FIG is the way to go. This year's options are on the website now, so you can see what's offered. He's in Schurz, which is newly renovated and very nice. He preferred a double room over suite-style. He also likes it that the closest dining hall is Plaza 900. Spend some time on the Residential Life site and you'll get more information. (This is a parent's perspective, but I'm pretty sure my son would say the same thing.)</p>
