<p>I signed a TAG with Davis under communication. When I get there I'm thinking of possibly double majoring in English. However, I'm missing the English 10 sequence required for the major. How flexible is UC Davis at allowing transfers to take up pre-requisites for a major? I spoke with a Davis rep and she said there isn't a specific amount time transfers need to graduate out.</p>

<p>Almost every school allows students to take pre-req classes if they want to. These classes generally have no pre-reqs of their own and are open to all students. That said, I know several people who ended up double majoring after transfer. It is 100% possible. Just take the pre-reqs after you get to UCD and then petition to double major. Remember, you have to keep your GPA up as it should be equal to the GPA of incomming English major transfers.</p>
