If a student double majors, will the student have a higher probability to be admitted to the law school of his/her choice?
Should a student double major if interested in law school?

I am not an expert, but I don’t think that number of majors matters…

There are schools (like Reed) that do not even have a double major option, but send plenty of graduates to top law schools.

No, it doesn’t help you any more than one major with a strong GPA.

It ONLY helps if the majors are wildly different. For example, a double major in engineering and creative writing will help a little. A double major in poli sci and econ or poli sci and history will not help at all.

Minor correction: Reed allows double majors, but it’s exceedingly difficult to do in eight semesters (two year-long senior theses).
